Whilst SANMVA appreciates the internationally recognised events and celebrations, we were exposed to good work done by deceased soldiers across the globe, being the first, second world wars, SS Mendi etc. The association proposes that the families of those who died in exile, Mozambique, Angola, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Botswana etc, also be afforded an opportunity to visits the burial sites of their love ones. This will go a long way in the spirit of reconciliation and unity.
